Is Santa Hero free?
Santa Hero is free to download and explore. You can browse the gallery and try the app without any upfront cost. Some creations and customizations use SantaCoins, which can be purchased in-app. All costs are clearly shown before you proceed.
What are SantaCoins?
SantaCoins are a virtual in-app currency used to create certain items. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I download Santas for free?
You can browse and preview all Santas for free. Finished creations can always be downloaded and shared at no cost.
Gallery Santas include a subtle watermark to help cover app operating costs. Any gallery Santa can be unlocked for a small amount of SantaCoins, or customized to create a final result saved without watermarks.

Your own generated or customized Santas can be downloaded and shared freely, without watermarks or additional costs.
Can children use the app?
Santa Hero is designed for family use. Children should use the app with a parent or guardian present.
Does Santa Hero show ads or track users?
No. Santa Hero does not show ads, use advertising identifiers, or track users across other apps or websites.
How do I restore purchases?
Use the “Restore Purchases” option inside the app to re-enable previous SantaCoin purchases. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play.
How can I delete my data?
Email info@santahero.com using the account email you used in the app. We will remove stored data and confirm once complete.
