What data is stored
- Email address, used solely for account sign-in and authentication.
- Anonymous or authenticated account identifiers to keep your creations linked to you.
- User-generated content (Santas, postcards, posters) so you can save, edit, and download them.
- Purchase information required to restore SantaCoin purchases and entitlements.
Why we store it
- Operate core app features, including saving and retrieving creations.
- Authenticate users securely.
- Ensure purchase restoration works reliably across devices.
- Improve stability and respond to support requests.
How we process data
Santa Hero processes data only to provide the service you request. We use secure cloud services, including Firebase Authentication and cloud storage, to store application data and user-created content.
We do not sell data, use advertising identifiers, or perform third-party tracking.
How long data is stored
Data is stored only while an account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Data associated with an account is removed upon deletion.
Requesting deletion
To request deletion of your account or creations, email info@santahero.com using the email address associated with your account. We will remove stored data and confirm once the request is complete.
